Andrew Friedman Goes From Tampa Bay to Dodger Blue

October 18, 2014

The big news in Dodger town this week was, out with the old school, in with the new. Ex-Tampa Bay GM Andrew Friedman, and some possible front office staff to be named later replaced Ned Colletti. Stan Kasten said Colletti will remain with the organization and be given a lesser role. Seriously? The only role Ned will be getting is a kaiser roll. I wonder what Colletti’s fate would have been if the Dodger’s made it further down the road. Who knows? Maybe this was brewing, but I believe a busted bullpen led to his demise, proving that in life, just like in baseball, bad pitching will get you every time.
